Our massage therapy center serves not only to balance tensions in the body, but also to soothe the nervous system, putting you in an ideal position to regenerate. The activation of blood and lymphatic circulation are also two important factors that contribute to cell renewal and repair.
Anyone wishing to rebalance the tensions in their body must first and foremost feel psychologically prepared to do so. Massage therapy is an excellent way to take a break and refocus before returning to face the challenges of everyday life.

Pier-Frédéric
Graduated in 2016 in massage therapy, I have worked in the field of health and sport since a very young age, which allows me to understand several perspectives of health;
I have 1500 hours of training in massage therapy and osteopathy;
I offer my services at my office in Magog;
I am a member of the Fédération Québécoise des Massotherapiste, so I can issue insurance receipts.
SWEDISH RELAXATION
“A well-deserved break”
Swedish relaxation massage is one of the most popular massages in the world! Its dynamic, oil-based maneuvers are designed to stimulate blood and lymph circulation. Activating the latter strengthens the immune system and eliminates metabolic waste accumulated in the tissue.
DEEP TISSUES
“Release tension”
Therapeutic Swedish massage aims to relieve muscle pain by focusing the massage on one or two specific regions. The maneuvers carried out with or without oil can reach greate depth, thus allowing the release of deep tensions.
FASCIATHERAPY
“Loosen anchored tissues”
Fascia is made up of collagen fibers and envelops all of the body's cells in a complex matrix allowing different planes of tissue to slide over each other. Fasciatherapy accentuates these sliding planes and releases any adhesions that may be there. The maneuvers performed without oil are slow and deep and thus synchronize with the natural sliding of the body.
VENTOUSES
"Activate blood flow"
Silicone suction cups create a vacuum to direct blood and lymph circulation to selected areas. The hyperemia visible on the skin is harmless and dissipates fairly quickly. They can be used both statically and dynamically, as well as with bare-handed maneuvers, giving customers the opportunity to personalize their massage as they wish.

Payments can be made at the massage location after receiving the services. Debit and credit cards are accepted. Possibility to purchase packages online via our website.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance. In the event that this deadline is not respected, a cost corresponding to 50% of the amount of the session will be charged.
