PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT
1. Communicate expectations & goals
In order for the trainer to develop a training plan that is well suited for you, you will have to communicate your aspirations and expectations.
2. Posture assessment
In order to identify your postural imbalances and correct them, the trainer will suggest taking photos and videos of your posture and reviewing them with you. This method is an excellent way for you to learn the correct reference points and establish a history. This step is optional.
3. Training and demonstration

You will determine with the trainer the days and frequency of training in order to achieve your defined objectives.

(PER PERSON)
A 1 hour 15 minute private training session with an exclusive trainer for two people. An excellent way to motivate each other to reach your respective goals.
