What is Kickboxing?
Kick-Boxing is a combat sport that combines the punches of boxing (English boxing) and the kicks from martial arts such as Karate or Taekwondo.
Training sessions take place individually or in pairs and are practiced in a safe environment. Techniques are performed on striking targets and are not directed towards the partner's body.
Its objectives :

Develops strength, speed and coordination.

Improves physical fitness and endurance.

Excellent for cardio and fat loss.

Boosts self-confidence and helps manage stress.

Engages the whole body (arms, legs, torso).
Equipments required :

The customer must obtain striking gloves.

The coach provides the striking targets and other accessories.

DUO SESSION
70 $ + TXS
(PER PERSON)
Private 1 hour 15 minute kickboxing session with an exclusive trainer for two people. An excellent way to motivate each other to reach your respective goals.
