What is weight training?
Weight training is a sport that aims to develop, strengthen, and tone the body's muscles through targeted exercises. It is practiced using external weights (dumbbells, barbells, machines, etc.) or simply using the body's own weight.
But weight training is not just about lifting weights: it is a comprehensive workout that improves strength, posture, health, and self-confidence.

PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT
1. Communicate expectations & goals
In order for the trainer to develop a training plan that is well suited for you, you will have to communicate your aspirations and expectations.
2. Selection of training types
It is possible to focus on one type of training or to practice several. Each method trains the body differently, which is why the trainer will guide your choice, taking into account your objectives.
3. Posture assessment
In order to identify your postural imbalances and correct them, the trainer will suggest taking photos and videos of your posture and reviewing them with you. This method is an excellent way for you to learn the correct reference points and establish a history. This step is optional.
