PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT

1. Expectations & goals

In order for the trainer to develop a training plan that is well suited to their clients' needs, the latter must communicate their aspirations and expectations.

2. Selection of training types

It is possible to focus on one type of training or to practice several. Each method trains the body differently, which is why the trainer will guide the client in their choice, taking into account the latter's objectives.

3. Posture assessment

In order to identify and correct postural imbalances, it is necessary to observe posture. Viewing photos and videos is an excellent way for clients to learn the correct reference points and establish a history, but this remains optional.

4. Training

Weight training ;

Functional training ;

Mobility training ;

Kickboxing.

5. Arrangements

The client will determine with the trainer the days and frequency of training in order to achieve the defined objectives.
