Some movements wear out your joints...
...while others regenerate them!
About
Hi my name is

Pier-Frédéric
I started Taekwondo at the age of 8, and my career as an instructor began in 2010 after I obtained my black belt. My desire to improve my sporting performance led me to practice several other martial arts, including aiki-Jujitsu and Kenjutsu for several years. Having acquired a detailed understanding of hand-to-hand combat, from strikes to submission holds, I love to share my knowledge with those who want to learn how to move better! I also teach how to rebalance tensions in the body through movement and self-massage in order to live in a pain-free body since 2018;

Our approach
" Move efficiently, sustainably and PAIN FREE! "
The approach uses physical exercise as a tool to REBALANCE TENSION in the body on a LONG TERM, thus promoting a more resilient body and less prone to PAIN of all kinds.
Respecting biomechanics combined with movement efficiency is the key to DECOMPRESSING and REHYDRATING your tissues. The method used makes it possible to initiate a REGENERATION process which restores spongy and elastic characteristics to muscle tissues going as far as improving the overall posture of the body.
Learning how to move better allows people of all ages and levels to IMPROVE their HEALTH and regain a state of LIGHTNESS in their body. Throughout the process, the client will be able to find solutions to their problems in a PARTICIPATORY and applied PROCESS.

PRIVATE TRAINING
1. EXPECTATIONS & OBJECTIVES
During the first session, the client will communicate his expectations and objectives to the trainer, so that both parties can assess whether the service is adapted to his needs.
2. TRAINING METHOD THEORY
Different systems (neuro-musculo-fascial-skeletal, etc...) must be taken into consideration when imposing changes on the human body. That's why it's not always possible to make the desired corrections instantly. Sometimes, repetition and assiduity are the means to the end.
3. EVALUATION: STANDING, WALKING, RUNNING
The trainer will share his observations to the client and provide visual cues to help him correct his posture and movements.
4. TRAINING METHOD PRACTICE
Various training tools will be used, such as a pulley machine, free weights, balls, etc...
5. ARRANGEMENTS
Big changes take time and energy! With the trainer, the client will determine the training days and frequency to achieve the desired goals.

Get ou of PAIN in 4 steps
01
Identify postural imbalances
The structure of the human body is subject to compression forces that oppose stretching forces. When the latter two are well balanced, there should be no compression or stretching, but rather a feeling of weightlessness. Tensegrity is an architectural model that highlights the physical principles involved.
02
Myofascial release
Releasing muscular tension and loosening the fascial weaves are rather tedious processes. Fortunately, the exercises covered in training are designed to improve your biomechanics, allowing tension to disappear once and for good.
03
Position and stabilisation
Before tackling complex movements, you must ensure that the participant is able to adopt the right positions and engage the right muscles so that the exercises rebalance muscular tensions instead of accentuating them.
04
Movement & strengthening
Activating several muscles in specific sequences is the way to develop strength and coordination that can be transposed to other life contexts. Your different systems (neuro-musculo-fascial-skeletal) will slowly adapt to these new stimuli to shape a body that will become more and more athletic.
